Welcome to the new Sons of Norway, Sol Byer Lodge # 6-134 web site.   Our goal is to preserve, promote and cherish a lasting appreciation of the heritage and culture of Norway and other Nordic countries. All this while growing soundly as a fraternal benefit society and offering maximum benefits to its members. Sons of Norway serves as a bridge over the Atlantic, between the Nordic cultures. It is a bridge one can travel to meet the past, the present and oneself through the meaning of heritage. We welcome our Nordic brothers and sisters to share our common interests at our Sol Byer Lodge.

We have included some special features and capabilities on our new website:

·       “Knute’s Korner”, which provides articles on Norwegian heritage, history and culture

·       “Connie’s Kitchen” which provides delicious Norwegian recipes

·       Lefse will be available for sale during the holidays, beginning in October.

We also welcome you to join us at our luncheon/meetings. We currently meet on the third Saturday of each month, unless otherwise notified, at 11:00 a.m. We do not meet during the months of June, July and August.

Our luncheon/meetings are held at:

Elk’s Lodge
